In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening our market presence in Poland. You will act as the interface between headquarters, dealers, and customers, ensuring that our products are effectively positioned and successfully launched in the local market.
Your tasks / This is what you move with us
- Product training & dealer support: You deliver product training and provide marketing support to dealers and sales partners, ensuring consistent product understanding and positioning.
- Product launches & market coordination: You implement and manage digital marketing activities across social media, online campaigns and video content and adapt marketing materials to the requirements of the Polish agricultural market.
- Market analysis & reporting: You collect and analyze market feedback, customer needs, and industry trends, and report insights regularly to HQ.
- Digital marketing & content creation: You implement digital marketing activities (social media, campaigns, video) and create or localize content tailored to the Polish agricultural sector.
- Events & field activities: You organize field demonstrations, open days, and represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
- Performance monitoring & sales support: You evaluate marketing effectiveness, improve communication and sales tools, and collaborate closely with the dealer network to support sales activities.
Your qualifications / This is what you bring with you
- Education & professional experience: You hold a degree in marketing, agriculture, engineering, or a comparable qualification and have relevant experience in marketing, product support, or a similar role—ideally in the agricultural machinery sector.
- Industry & product understanding: You have a solid understanding of agricultural practices and machinery (e.g., seeders, sprayers, spreaders, soil cultivation) and can translate technical product features into clear customer benefits.
- Marketing & communication skills: You have experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign coordination and communicate confidently with dealers, customers, and trade media.
- Organizational & working style: You have a structured and independent way of working combined with a proactive and hands-on approach. Experience in organizing events is considered an advantage.
- Languages: You have a good command of English. German skills are beneficial for collaboration with headquarters.
- Mobility: You are willing to travel within Poland and occasionally internationally.
- Team mindset: You are a reliable team player with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
