For our Brazilian subsidiary MP AGRO Máquinas Agrícolas, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader with a strong commercial focus and full responsibility for business performance, who will actively drive the further development of our operations in Brazil.

Your tasks / This is what you move with us

  • P&L Ownership: You assume full entrepreneurial responsibility for the business, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Sales Leadership: You define and execute the sales strategy, strengthening market presence and expanding the dealer network.
  • Market Development: You actively manage key accounts and strategic partnerships to drive revenue and market penetration.
  • Organizational Leadership: You align all core functions (sales, service, operations, finance, administration) into a cohesive, high-performing organization.
  • Performance Management: You establish clear targets, KPIs and accountability frameworks to drive execution excellence.
  • Aftersales Excellence: You position service and aftersales as a key differentiator in the market.
  • People Leadership: You build, develop and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Oversight: You share responsibility for the production facilities in Brazil, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Group Alignment: You collaborate closely with senior leadership in Germany to ensure strategic alignment.
  • External Representation: You act as the primary representative of the company towards customers, partners and relevant stakeholders.

Your qualifications / This is what you bring with you

  • Executive Experience: You bring proven leadership experience in a comparable role (e.g. Managing Director, Country Head).
  • Industry Expertise: You have a strong background in agricultural machinery, mechanical engineering or a related industry.
  • Commercial Track Record: You demonstrate a proven ability to build, lead and scale successful sales organizations.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You combine strategic thinking with a strong focus on execution and measurable results.
  • Leadership Style: You balance a hands-on approach with the ability to implement sustainable organizational structures.
  • People Management: You are skilled in leading, motivating and developing teams in an international environment.
  • Market Insight: You possess deep knowledge of the Brazilian market and ideally an established industry network.
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in Portuguese and English; German is considered a plus.
