Field Specialist (m/f/x) – Technical Support & Sales (Agricultural Equipment)
based in the Greater Montréal Area
For over 140 years, AMAZONE has been developing high tech for the agricultural world. Day after day, customers from over 70 countries rely on AMAZONE machines to harvest the best possible results. This is how we make a decisive contribution to the global food supply.
Want a job that’s hands-on, close to farmers, and where you can see the impact of what you do every day? This role combines sales, after-sales support, and agricultural technology, with a clear focus on AMAZONE equipment across Quebec and Ontario. You are the key person on the ground, working directly with dealers and customers to ensure machines deliver maximum performance in real farming conditions.
You will become part of a young, motivated team with a strong sense of collaboration and mutual support, where learning happens quickly and practically. For those who are eager to grow, this position offers genuine career development opportunities, increasing responsibility, larger projects, and the chance to build deep expertise—technically, commercially, or in a hybrid role.

- Machine commissioning: You commission AMAZONE machines on site, ensuring correct setup and reliable performance under real operating conditions.
- Training & coaching: You train dealer teams and end users so they can operate AMAZONE equipment confidently, efficiently, and independently.
- Demonstrations & events: You conduct field demonstrations and represent AMAZONE at shows and events, presenting equipment and answering questions directly in the field.
- Problem solving & reporting: You analyze non-standard technical challenges, develop practical solutions, and document your findings in clear reports to support product improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Network development: You build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers and customers across your territory.
Your qualifications / This is what you bring with you
- Agricultural experience: You bring practical, agriculture-related experience, such as a farm background, dealer experience, agronomy, custom work, precision agriculture, or agricultural mechanics.
- Educational background: You preferably have formal education in agriculture (DEP, DEC, AEC, or a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agronomy, agricultural mechanics, or a comparable field), which is considered an asset.
- Adaptability: You are resourceful, enjoy challenges, and adapt quickly, knowing how to find solutions even when answers are not immediately available.
- Technical interest: You have a strong interest in machinery and technology, with knowledge of hydraulics and electronics being a significant advantage.
- Value-based selling: You are able to explain the value and benefits of a product, not just its price.
- Language skills: You communicate fluently in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Work style: You work independently, are highly customer-focused, and enjoy collaborating within a team environment.
- Flexibility: You are flexible and willing to step up during peak periods such as the season, events, and machine commissioning phases.
